How do I track my order?

Once you complete the payment process, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking code. Scroll to the bottom section of the website and click on track your order. Once it loads up, type in your tracking code and you will receive the status of your order.

Does Garnet Pharmacy accept returns?

Due to public health and safety concerns, we have a no-return policy for our products. However, you can call 0700191111 or 0750191111

Do we accept medical insurance cards?

We currently only accept payment using MPESA, Visa and Mastercard, and cash.

Do we deliver?

Yes we do, we deliver all around the country. For areas in Nairobi and its environs, we offer same day delivery. For other counties that are 100km or more from Nairobi, the delivery will arrive in no more than 48 hours

Where is Garnet Pharmacy located?

Currently, Garnet Pharmacy is located at the old wing of The Village Market opposite the Bata shop.
